It's nice, citizens, to observe how supporters of totalitarianism in science can be blocked in the framework of their own rational restrictions. Banal, but irrefutable conclusions, as well as the key features of the structure of the project, overcoming the current difficult economic situation, are turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society.
